PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple manufacturing method for an organic EL element capable of eliminating influence of water for an organic layer of the organic EL element as much as possible. SOLUTION: Processes from a first process for forming the organic layer to a sealing process for forming a sealing means are performed in the atmosphere limiting the water amount.
