PURPOSE: Provided is a truck in a roller board which keeps certain distance between a king-pin and a wheel axle to change direction and get self-propelling power so that it is used in a free and safe way. CONSTITUTION: The truck in the roller board is characterized by comprising the parts of: a truck(14) which includes two wheels(17) at both sides of a rotation hole(15) and the wheel axle(16) and combines with a bracket(11) including the king pin(12); and a bearing(13,18) which is placed at the upper and the lower part of the truck and fixed by a nut wherein the center of the wheel axle is kept distant from the rotation center of the truck to rotate the truck within a limited scope at the center of the king pin.
