PURPOSE: Provided is an electromotive mobile rack controller which uses a touch screen to make ease of entering order and controlling the device so that it improves users' convenience. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the electromotive mobile rack controller comprises the steps of: (i) implementing an initialization process and driving various sensors to search sensor output and key input state; (ii) judging whether the operated key is a control key for moving the rack when the key is operated on a basis of search results to control the move of the rack properly, if the operated key is a control key for moving the rack; (iii) if the operated key is not the control key for moving the rack, checking whether the operated key is a search key for reception list and displaying reception list of the rack in a corresponding to a rack ID operated by users, if the operated key is the search key for reception list; (iv) if the operated key is not the search key for reception list, checking whether the operated key is an input key for materials, displaying reception list of the rack in a corresponding to a rack ID operated by users, if the operated key is the input key for materials and changing data to match to change/deletion/addition of data operated by users; and (v) if a key for search results is not operated and heat is detected to be judged as fire, generating alarm and automatically connecting to the telephone number stored at memory.
