PURPOSE: Both ends of upper extraction grooves are overlapped with both ends of lower extraction grooves to improve bonding force of a melted resin in forming pipe by extraction. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of extraction grooves(110) is formed from the inner circumference to the outer circumference of a basket structure. A connecting hole(102) is formed in lower inside of the basket. Composite resin material is melted and extracted through the extraction grooves to form pipes. The extraction grooves are formed of long grooves. Both ends of upper extraction grooves are overlapped with ends of two extraction grooves in lower part. Therefore, melted resin extracted from an odd number groove is overlapped in the ends with an even number groove.
