PURPOSE: Provided is a vessel with a space vacuum prevention part included which configures the vacuum prevention part and a space to fix a straw after inserting the straw so that it helps children or infant to drink contents safely. CONSTITUTION: The vessel with the space vacuum prevention part included is characterized by comprising the parts of: the domed-vacuum prevention part(101) which is placed at the lower part of a vessel body(100); the space(102) which is placed at the outer circumference of the domed-vacuum prevention part or between inner walls of lateral wall in the vessel body; and an opened space(103) which is partitioned at the lower side of the vacuum prevention part.
