PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in use and the housing efficiency of a housing rack concerning a vertically movable housing equipment. SOLUTION: This vertically movable housing equipment is provided with a housing rack 19 provided inside of a housing cabinet 11, rotary arms 13 and 14 supporting the housing rack in a vertically movable way, a vertical movement supporting unit 15 supporting rotatably the rotary arms 13 and 14, and a driving means 34 for rotating the rotary arms 13 and 14. The housing rack 19 is provided with a first housing part 22 and a second housing part 24 having a width wider than that of the first housing part 22. Thus, the housing equipment is capable of moving the housing rack electrically without depending on manual power and the housing volume of the second housing part 24 is expanded to improve convenience in use and housing efficiency.
