PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC machine tool capable of precisely measuring working precision of a work. SOLUTION: This NC machine tool 1 is furnished with an NC machine tool body 10, a measuring device 20, a pallet exchanging device 30, a cover 2 and a temperature control means 4. A base 21 of the measuring device 20 is provided apart from a bed 11 of the NC machine tool body 10, and a pallet placing base 124 and a three-dimensional measuring instrument 132 are arranged on the base 21. Consequently, it is possible to prevent thermal conduction to the pallet placing base 124 from a heating source of the NC machine tool body 10. Additionally, the cover 2 is provided so as to surround the three-dimensional measuring instrument 132 and the pallet placing base 124, and atmospheric temperature in the cover 2 is held constant by the temperature control means 4. Accordingly, it is possible to maintain a positional relation of the pallet placing base 124 and the three-dimensional measuring instrument 132 constant and to highly precisely measure the working precision of the work W on the pallet placing base 124.
