A rod- shaped part 1d forms a circular arc. An irradiation face 1e at the tip part of the rod-shaped part 1d is formed nearly parallel to a cylindrical part 1a. A front mass 2 is connected to the other end of the cylindrical part 1a of the change-vibration-direction horn 1. Ring-shaped piezoelectric body oscillators 3 and 4 are held between the front mass 2 and a back mass 5. The front mass 2 and the back mass 5 are fixed with a bolt not shown through the center of the ring-shaped piezoelectric body oscillators 3 and 4. A Langevin type oscillator 6 is thus constructed.
