PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that neither a thick synthetic resin nor superimposed several sheets of synthetic resin is bonded by an ultrasonic vibration body because the ultrasonic vibration body fusion bonds only the surface of the synthetic resin, and an apparatus becomes large in an oscillator in which an oscillator horn is disposed in a longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: A backup flange 1b is formed at one end of the cylindrical part 1a of a change-vibration-direction horn 1. A tapered part 1c formed in a tapered shape at a prescribed angle from backup flange 1b is formed. A rod-shaped part 1d is connected to the tip part of the tapered part 1c. A rod- shaped part 1d forms a circular arc. An irradiation face 1e at the tip part of the rod-shaped part 1d is formed nearly parallel to a cylindrical part 1a. A front mass 2 is connected to the other end of the cylindrical part 1a of the change-vibration-direction horn 1. Ring-shaped piezoelectric body oscillators 3 and 4 are held between the front mass 2 and a back mass 5. The front mass 2 and the back mass 5 are fixed with a bolt not shown through the center of the ring-shaped piezoelectric body oscillators 3 and 4. A Langevin type oscillator 6 is thus constructed.
