PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for manufacturing multi-sort resource recovering products such as dried material, carbonized material, or granular slag material, using organic waste such as sludge as raw material, the system being capable of selecting a sort of product to be produced and of manufacturing many sorts of products simultaneously in parallel according to the fluctuation of demand, and the system being capable of saving energy consumption, and having little restriction on manufacturing ability depending on a sort of product, while the amount of plant and equipment investment being reduced. SOLUTION: The system comprises a first facility wherein only a drying process is performed for the organic waste such as the sludge, otherwise a drying process and a carbonizing process for the dried material are both performed in this single facility with time difference one after the other, a second facility wherein an incineration process for the product of the first facility using thermal decomposition gas from the first facility and a melting process for the dried or the carbonized material are both performed in this single facility; and a cooling device wherein a cooling process is performed to discharge molten slag from the second facility and to to form a granular slag material by cooling. Further, the system includes a selective transferring unit for transferring the dried or the carbonized material by making a choice between discharging the material from the first facility, and supplying the material to the nest process in the second facility. The selective transferring unit controls selectively to select one to be discharged from among the dried material, the carbonized material, and the granular slag material according to demand.
