<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture exerting the initial strength of con crete, and suppressing neutralization, and is used mainly in a civil engineering and a construction industry, to provide a cement composition, and to provide a cement concrete composition obtained by using the same. SOLUTION: The cement admixture contains blast furnace slow cooled slag powder having a mean grain diameter of <50μm, and nitrates. As the nitrates, calcium nitrite is used. The cement admixture contains retarder. The retarder consists of organic acid. The cement composition contains cement and the cement admixture. The cement concrete composition contains the cement composition and a filler.</p> |
