<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stock for producing low-cost brick blocks for gardening and blocks as building materials, for which coal ash is mainly used so as to attain the utilization of reproduced resources harmless for the environment. SOLUTION: The grains of the coal ash are granular ones of 0.1 to 200μm, and are not porous. Therefore, for increase strength from the wettability and affinity between the surfaces of the grains and cement, their blending ratio should be analyzed. Then, for increasing its strength above that of brick at a low cost, their blending ratio is calculated by a structural analysis after hardening, and the fact that the cement blend of a coal ash content of 60%, and 20% water to the powder content is the most optimum.</p> |
