<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate chlorine-containing plastics in waste plastics. SOLUTION: Waste plastics 9 is crushed by a crusher 1 and the crushed plastics is subsequently separated into plastics 23 having specific gravity higher than that of a specific gravity liquid being a medium and plastics 22 having lower specific gravity by wet separation. Next, the plastics 23 having high specific gravity is dispersed by a dispersing machine 3 at every simple substance and subsequently dehydrated and dried. Subsequently, the dried plastics are supplied to a melting granulator 6 to obtain a mixture comprising granulated matter of chlorine-free plastics, non-granulated matter of chlorine-containing plastics and other papers. Next, the mixture is supplied to a dry separator 7 to be separated into the granulated matter of chlorine-free plastics, the non- granulated matter of chlorine-containing plastics and papers. The granulated matter of chlorine-free plastics thus obtained can be used for shaft furnace blowing-in or the like.</p> |
