PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for offering housing information capable of collecting housing information meeting a customer's desired conditions safely by protecting his or her privacy though information about a customer's desire of purchase of a house, including his or her desired conditions is disclosed. SOLUTION: A server 2 comprises a storage means 18 which stores information about a desire to purchase a house in a storing device 10 when information about a desire to purchase a house including an address, name and desired conditions of the person who desires to purchase the house is entered from an information collecting terminal, a desired information distribution means 20 which reads information about the desire to purchase a house except the address and name from the storing device 10 and distributes it to a plurality of information providing terminals registered beforehand, a housing information output means 25 which transmits housing information to an information collecting terminal when it is entered and a purchase applicant notification means 30 which transmits an address and a name of the person who desires to purchase a house to a selected information offering terminal when selection instructing information and anonymity cancellation instructing information are entered from the information collecting terminal. |
