PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image data base system capable of efficiently retrieving/acquiring medical image data. SOLUTION: The medical image data base system 1 is provided with a data base server 11 constituted so that transmission/reception of data with a client terminal 13 is enabled via a network 12 and characterized in that the data base server 11 is provided with a first storage means 111 to store and save the medical image data for a short time and a second storage means 112 to store and save the medical image data for a long time and both of the first storage means 111 and the second storage means 112 are constituted of RAIDs (redundant array of independent disks). |
