<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve the problem that a time required for completing a distribution to whole users is made to be longer according as the number of the registered users is increased when a mail magazine is distributed to the personal computers, etc., of the users in order. SOLUTION: When user registering is received from an information terminal 1, a multicast reception key is provided to the information terminal 1. A reception key being the same as the multicast reception key is comprised in data of the mail magazine and the data are distributed by multicast. Thus the data of the mail magazine are distributed to the multiple users without delay in spite of the increase in the number of user registering.</p> |
