PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance cushion material capable of using a low-cost concrete pipe as it is, improving the construction accuracy and water cut-off performance, and reducing the cost by mitigating the concentration of a jacking force into the inside of the bending of a jacking pipe joint part. SOLUTION: This concrete jacking pipe is characterized in that it has the joint part, and a cell structure A and a cell structure B so disposed as to fit to the circumferential direction of a joint surface of the concrete pipe, the cell structure A has a larger stress intensity than that of the cell structure B, the cell structure A and the cell structure B use one of or a combination of a cushion material with the stress intensity of 6 MPa-60 MPa under the compressibility 50% and a cushion material with the stress intensity of 0.01 MPa-5 MPa under 50% compressibility.
