<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a warm water supply device even to a water heater without an intake water temperature sensor while ensuring safety via quick recognition of an intake water temperature and improving temperature control performance. SOLUTION: An intake water temperature recognizing unit 722 continuously updates and recognizes an outgoing hot water temperature detected by an outgoing hot water temperature sensor 61 as an intake water temperature value when a burner 3 is in a non-burning state and a water flow sensor 62 is in a water passage detecting state (Step S3, 4). A controlling unit 723 controls the burner 3 according to the latest intake water temperature value in the intake water temperature recognizing unit 722 to control the outgoing hot water temperature when the burner 3 needs to be set in a burning state (Step S5, 6).</p> |
