PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device capable of recognizing whether a vehicle can pass or not without abutting on any obstacles and without dewheeling in the present steering angle by detecting a vehicle steering angle, predicting a locus of the vehicle based on the detected steering angle, and directly displaying a prediction locus on a road surface; and capable of easily and surely performing the recognition without any necessity for an occupant to move a glance with his eyes on an advancing direction. SOLUTION: This driving support device for supporting the driving by displaying the prediction locus of the vehicle on the road surface is provided with a steering angle detection means 22 for detecting a wheel steering angle of the vehicle, a display means 3 for displaying a predetermined locus on the road surface, and a control means 20 for controlling the display means 3. The control means 20 predicts the locus of the vehicle based on the steering angle detected by the steering angle detection means 22, and controls the display means 3 so as to display the prediction locus on the road surface.
