<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily repairing a rib pipe in a short time, and capable of strongly repairing the rib pipe with an excellent waterproof effect when the rib pipe is damaged, particularly when the rib pipe is damaged after being buried and laid in the ground. SOLUTION: This method for repairing when damaged in a part of the rib pipe formed by erecting a plurality of independent annular reinforcing ribs at almost equal intervals on the outer periphery of a plastic pipe comprises: (1) a first process of forming a cutout part reaching the plastic pipe in the reinforcing ribs on the periphery of a damaged part, and forming an architrave- shaped water cut-off material layer on the periphery of the damaged part by passing through the cutout part and the plastic pipe outer periphery; (2) a second process of applying an epoxy resin type curing adhesive to the architrave-shaped water cut-off material layer and the inside up to hiding the reinforcing ribs; and (3) a third process of fixing two half-split pipes of a pipe having the almost same inner diameter as an outer diameter of the reinforcing ribs in contact to the outer periphery of the damage part.</p> |
