<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the difficulty in a prior art that in a method for encoding only mask data for specific effect, a specific effect procedure followed by a motion fails in converting a specific effect pattern to a library as data. SOLUTION: Data indicating a mask pattern and a motion pattern are encoded and are multiplexed into one data, whereby a specific effect pattern followed by the deformation of an image is processed into a library. Further, it is also possible to deliver compressed data for realizing specific effect, and additionally it is possible to reduce the amount of mask data for specific effect by expanding shape data with the aid of a moving vector for enlargement.</p> |
