PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer business via a communication network for storing house seasonal commodities, when not used, and returning them in the state of being maintained on a scheduled date for return. SOLUTION: Storage request information is received from a terminal 2 of a customer A via the communication network 1 by a server 3. A customer information storage part 4 is provided for recording the storage request information received by the server 3. Transmission data generating and transmitting means 5 is provided for generating collection information in accordance with the storage request information received by the server 3 and transmitting it to a terminal 2 of a collection and maintenance supplier B via the communication network 1 and for generating return information including information for a scheduled date for return of the seasonal commodities on a certain date before the scheduled date for return of the seasonal commodities being stored in accordance with the storage request information recorded in the customer information storage part 4 and transmitting it to the terminal 2 of the collection and maintenance supplier B via the communication network 1. Maintenance information for the seasonal commodities is additionally transmitted when the collection information or the return information is transmitted.
