SOLUTION: Map information for guiding a moving body 101 from a present place up to the destination is formed by a first route search processing means, and map information for the one moving body to be obtained by superposing route information on the map information is formed. In the course of route guidance by the first route search processing means, map information for guiding another moving body from a present place to a destination is formed by a second route search processing means, and map information for the other moving body to be obtained by superposing route information on the map information is formed.
