PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed manufacturing method for a mono-block turbine disk which is applied to impeller blade of a variety of height and can reduce the efficiency loss corresponding to the proper irregularity in spite of accepting it. SOLUTION: A cutting tool provided with a rotary shaft perpendicular to a radial direction machine an impeller blade 6 by tangential milling tracing a radial path along the impeller blade 6. This facilitates the forming of cutting tip face onto the surface of the impeller blade 6.
