PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical steering device for a vehicle without giving a sense of incongruity to a driver by suppressing difference in a vehicle behavior between right steering and left steering and improving running stability of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The movement of a steering actuator 2 is transmitted to a wheel 4 so as to change a steering angle. The actuator 2 is controllable by a control system so as to change the ratio between the control variable of an operation member 1 and the steering amount of the wheel 4. The gain of the actuator 2 in the control system can be set on a different value separately at the time of right steering and left steering. |
