PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic dye sensitized metal oxide semiconductor electrode including transparent electrode with low resistance, easily formed at low temperature, and to provide a solar battery having the above film. SOLUTION: For an organic dye sensitive metal oxide semiconductor electrode containing organic dyestuff absorbed on a surface of a metal oxide semiconductor film which is formed on a transparent electrode formed on a substrate, the transparent electrode includes a metal film having many hole parts; and a solar battery has the above electrode. |
