PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simultaneously releasing valve which can shorten installation work and reduce a cost by eliminating a pressure regulating work keeping on actual discharge from foam heads regardless of the number of the foam heads and the simultaneously releasing valves. SOLUTION: The decompression valve has a clapper 4 on the side of a valve outlet 1b, an oscillating spindle 9 vertically moving within the clapper 4, and a spring 10 for closing the valve interposed between the oscillating spindle 9 and the clapper 4. Further, the valve is provided with a partition 8 which supports the oscillating spindle 9 being made vertically movable and serves as an upper wall of an internal chamber 15 of the clapper, a separate chamber 12 built at an upper part of the partition 8, and a bypass path 13 which introduces a part of a primary pressurized flow on the side of the inlet 1a of the valve to the separate chamber 12. The oscillating spindle 9 is pressurized in the direction of closing the valve with a part of the primary pressurized flow in the separate chamber 12, while the internal chamber 15 of the clapper is made to communicate with sensory piping.
