PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately carry out drive control of electrooptical elements which are current driven and to reduce the number of constituting elements. SOLUTION: A conversion transistor 12 consisting of a transistor which is made into a diode connection is disposed between a driving power supply Vx and a pixel circuit 10 of a data line where pixel circuit 10 is connected between the power supply Vx and a driver 4a. The line is connected to the driver 4a. The transistor 12 is used as a common transistor by the circuits 10. Each circuit 10 consists of the transistor 12, a driving transistor which constitutes of a current mirror circuit, a control transistor which is driven by a scanning driver 4 and turns on and off the connection between the transistor 12 and the driving transistor and a capacitor element which holds the voltage applied to the gate of the driving transistor by the control transistor. A current corresponding to the voltage held by the element is supplied to an organic electroluminescence element by the driving transistor. |
