PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved driving circuit which is hardly affected by variation in manufacture. SOLUTION: This driving circuit has a switching circuit SWs1 which is constituted of a PMOS (P-channel metal oxide semiconductor) transistor P301 and an NMOS (N-channel metal oxide semiconductor) transistor N301, a PMOS transistor P303 functioning as a constant current means and a PMOS transistor P701 functioning as a resistance means. When a current I1 is to be supplied to an EL (electroluminescence) element EL11, since a resistance which is constituted of the PMOS transistor P701 is connected to the source of the PMOS transistor P303, the variation of the current I1 caused by the variation in the manufacturing of the threshold voltage Vtp of the transistor P303 is corrected. |
