PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support apparatus for preparing a public document, which is capable of reducing the burden for specifying an obscured specification part, and supporting the creation of the public document that can surely reflects settlement results. SOLUTION: In the support apparatus for creating a public document, a control section 12 refers to a search condition table T1 and an obscured image area table T2, which are stored in a hard disk 14; sets an obscured candidate part to be highlighted, by means of a word search or coordinate specification to the document data to be processed; and transmits the document data after setting the highlighting as the document data for settlement by electronic mail to a settlement support device 2. |
