PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catcher for a crane game machine capable of easily and individually adjusting clamping force of a clamping arm according to necessity without requiring any replacement or maintenance of a spring. SOLUTION: This catcher 10 for the crane game machine is hung in a prize storage space movably in the longitudinal, lateral, and vertical directions and provided with a catcher main body 12 and a plurality of clamping arms 22 and 23 supported by the catcher main body 12 and capable of closing for clamping the prize between them. The clamping arms 22 and 23 are energized in the closing direction individually by means of arm energizing springs 30 and 31. The energizing force of the arm energizing springs 30 and 31 can be regulated individually when adjustment screws 46 and 47 are operated. An action in the opening direction is carried out by means of a plate cam 33 turning by a catch motor 32.
