PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back bending exercise machine with which one can exercise the back bending exercise alone at his or her convenience according to his or her body condition. SOLUTION: A back support having a pair of protruding arm rests on its both sides is fixed rotatably at the top of a frame which is obtained by assembling a pair of framing bodies approximately orthogonally. A back-support support having an impact absorbing means to absorb an impact on the back support is fixed between the back support and the frame to complete this back bending exercise machine. When one rotates the back support with his or her back on the back support, a back bending posture is achieved because his or her lower body is lifted from the ground, only his or her back is supported by the back support and his or her lower body is hanged.
