PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living room structure of a dwelling unit with a loft for arranging a safely ascendable-descendable stairs means being light in a presence feeling, and reducing an oppressing feeling to a main living room between the main living room and the loft. SOLUTION: In the dwelling unit 1 with the loft 26, the loft 26 is arranged on the upper floor of the main living room 22. Fixed intermediate beam stairs 4 are arranged along one wall surface 31 of the main living room 22. The main living room 22 and the loft 26 are communicated by these intermediate beam stairs 4 so as to be freely ascendable and descendable. The intermediate beam stairs 4 are formed of a slantingly arranged one intermediate beam 41, a step board 42 and a riser 43 supported by this intermediate beam 41.
