PURPOSE: An optical fiber coating apparatus for aligning easily an optical fiber is provided to enhance the productivity by preventing the deflection of the optical fiber in a drawing process of the optical fiber with a high speed. CONSTITUTION: A die(16) having a nozzle portion(14), a land portion(15), and a coating material inflow groove(16a) is installed on an inner circumference of a coating die(13). A coating material inflow hole(10) is formed between the first die(13a) and the second die(13b). The first die(13a) and the second die(13b) are filled with the coating material and an optical fiber(8) is coated on the first die(13a) and the second die(13b). The optical fiber(8) is inputted into an inlet of the first die(13a). The filled coating material is discharged from the first die(13a).
