PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating/cooling system capable of smoothly changing ovcer cooling and heating without generating the loss of water and bringing about the sudden temperature rise of cold water of a cold water circulating passage and the sudden temperature drop of hot water of a hot water circulating passage. SOLUTION: Cold water of the cold water circulating passage and hot water of a hot water circulating passage are sent to the heating medium flow channel provided in a body to be controlled in temperature by the changeover of a valve. At the time of changeover from cold water to hot water (or from hot water to cold water), cold water (hot water) remaining in a piping passage before changeover is once sent into the temporary storage tank provided in bypass piping and hot water (cold water) previously stored in the temporary storage tank is returned to the hot water (cold water) circulating passage by the pressure of cold water (hot water). When cold water (hot water) is perfectly replaced with hot water (cold water) in the temporary storage tank, and supply of hot water (cold water) to the heating medium flow channel is performed only from the hot water (cold water) circulating passage and the mixing of hot water and cold water at the time of changeover is prevented.
