PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hot sheet metal production equipment which highly efficiently produces a hot sheet metal having a satisfactory surface characteristics in an economical scale. SOLUTION: The hot sheet metal production equipment consists of continuous casting equipment A and hot sheet metal rolling equipment B. A unidirectional roughing mill 6, a reversible finishing mill 8 in which a winder and an unwinder 8a and 8b are arranged at an inlet side and an outlet side, respectively and a unidirectional finishing mill 10 are provided from an upstream side as the rolling mills of the hot sheet metal rolling equipment B.
