PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment apparatus capable of effectively removing hydrophobic harmful organic matter from water to be treated, in which the hydrophobic harmful organic matter such as an endocrine disrupter or the like and a suspended substance coexist, by oxidation using ozone and solid-liquid separation. SOLUTION: The wastewater treatment apparatus has a pressure pump for pressurizing water to be treated, in which the hydrophobic harmful organic matter and the suspended substance coexist, to send the same, a line mixer receiving the supply of the pressurized water to be treated and ozone-containing gas to uniformly mix the water to be treated and the ozone-containing gas and a solid-liquid separator for separating the suspended substance in the water to be treated containing dissolved ozone.
