PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel labor information processing system including a user interface by which a general employee and a manager easily and rapidly perform various kinds of procedure jobs. SOLUTION: The personnel labor information processing system presents a job selection menu to a terminal which is authenticated as a user and a data input picture is presented in response to each job kind which is designated by the user from the job selection menu. An issue which requires the approval of a superior is transferred to an approver. The contents of the issue is reported to the superior by an E-mail concerning the previously discussed issue and the issue itself is progressed to a succeeding step for processing by following a job procedure. |
