SOLUTION: A management system 100 is connected with a plurality of user groups UG1, UG2, UG3, UG4,...UGn through a communication means 200, and the user group includes one or a plurality of users. The user accesses to the management system 100 using an access means 300. The user utilizes information management service using the management system 100, which is maintained and managed by an information management service provider. The user group is an enterprise and other enterprises capable of utilizing information management service based on the contract with a management system provider, and the user evaluates and checks the object for these enterprises. The object to be managed is a product, for example, a software product. In its evaluation and check, not only a problem related to its source code but also various problems such as design, various displays, contents of comment in a help function, hardware, and OS must be taken into account.
