SOLUTION: The system in constituted of an electronic mail delivery system server 5 provided with an electronic mail delivery data base 6 storing individual information including mail addresses of a client 1 who is an electronic mail delivery client and members 9 and connected to the Internet 4, and portable phones 8a, 8b, etc., belonging to members 9 (A, B, etc.), registered in the electronic mail delivery data base 6 and receiving electronic mail delivery connected to the Internet, the client 1 sends contents Z1 requested to be delivered to the electronic mail delivery system server 5 indicating delivery date and time T1 and members A, B, C, D, E who are objects for delivery Q, an administrator 7 of the electronic mail delivery system server 5 makes delivery information Z2 for electronic mails based on the received contents Z1 requested to be delivered, selects members A, B, C, D, E out of the electronic mail delivery data base 6, converts the delivery information Z2 into description languages compatible with respective portable phones 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 8e, then delivers through the Internet automatically setting mail addresses axx of respective members at the delivery day and time T1. |
