PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translation support system capable of supporting translation work by dividing an original translation document into translation unit information, and managing a translation progress state for every translation unit information. SOLUTION: This translation support system provides the function F106 of referring to the original translation document for an original document preparer 12 and a translator 13, provides the function F103 of inputting the translation unit information, the function F104 of automatically forming the translation unit information, and the function F105 of registering the original translation document for the original document preparer 12, and provides the function F107 of preparing and referring a translation memorandum, the function F108 of preparing and referring a technical term dictionary, the function F110 of referring to progress of translation, the function F111 of referring to a translated document, and the function F112 of a registering the translated document for the translator 13. A translation controller 11 can use these whole functions F103 to F108, and F110 to F112, and can refer to the progress of the translation of all the members. |
