SOLUTION: A management center 2 collects the used power and the payment of electric rate of a consumer 1 automatically, confirms presence of a defaulter based on that data, and delivers a switching control signal to that consumer 1. Consequently, the defaulter is switched from a contract capacity FFB 301 to a limit capacity FFB 302 through a switch 304 and supply is limited. |
