PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface for an electrical appliance network for supporting the understanding of the operation of a network including various electrical appliances and the effects of the interaction of a user and the network. SOLUTION: A graphical user interface to be used for an electrical appliance network is developed. This interface includes the figurative expressions of connected electrical appliances to be operated so that activities related with the electrical appliances can be figuratively simulated. Thus, it is possible to improve the understanding of this network.
