<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling/pressurizing device for pump rotation with saved energy and high responsiveness employing an inexpensive hydraulic pump of a one-way delivery type having a characteristic such as low cost, high reliability and durability. SOLUTION: In this controlling/pressurizing device for pump rotation used for hydraulic press or the like, the hydraulic pump 1 of the one-way delivery type is driven by an electric motor 2 of which rotation speed is precisely controlled by feedback in response to the pressure in hydraulic cylinders 18a and 18b or the measured position and moving speed of the hydraulic cylinders to perform pressurizing operation. At this time, adjusting device 19 of a working fluid leakage amount dynamically controls the working fluid leakage amount, thereby realizing high speed control responses, suppression of pressure overshoot, and energy saving.</p> |
