MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR LEAD-ACID BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a lead-acid battery, capable of relaxing a distortion produced during an expanding process and keeping strength of a lattice body itself. SOLUTION: After a rolled sheet of Ca-based lead alloy is reticulately expanded to obtain an expanded lattice body 1, heat treatment is applied to the expanded lattice body 1 at a temperature of not more than the recrystallization temperature of the Ca-based lead alloy.
