<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the amount of slackness of an unvulcanized rubber strip material, which allows the constant proper maintenance of the amount of the slackness of the unvulcanized rubber strip material pushed out from a head part of an injection molding machine by back pressure. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for controlling the amount of the slackness of the unvulcanized rubber strip material S pushed out from the head part 10 of the injection molding machine by the back pressure; the amount of the slackness of the material S, which is slackened between the head 10 and a guide roller 14 arranged ahead of the head 10, is detected by a displacement sensor 11 which is installed near the head part 10; and the back pressure is controlled according to the detected amount of the slackness, so that the amount of the slackness of the material S can be controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
