<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoconductive flame-retardant pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with electric insulation, thermoconductivity and flame retardancy, and capable of exhibiting high adhesiveness owing to its followability even to the members having large undulation. <P>SOLUTION: This thermoconductive flame-retardant pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is composed of a sheet-like substrate comprising a mixture of a thermoconductive electrically insulated filler and a synthetic resin emulsion, and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer with thermoconductivity, electrical insulation and flame retardancy. The adhesive layer has thermal conductivity of ≥0.3 W/m.K and comprises a (meth)acrylate-based copolymer and the thermoconductive electrically insulated filler, and optionally a nitrogen-containing phosphoric compound, an aliphatic polyhydric alcohol and/or a derivative thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
