<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide attaching structure of a joint member with an outlet, which is simple in structure, and is inexpensive, easily detachable and excellent in appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The attaching structure of the joint member 40 having an outlet 45 protruding on a back side has a base material 20 fixed to an inner wall where an accommodating space 15 is formed and having a part corresponding to an accommodating space cut in the width of the outlet 45 and a surface material 30 stacked on the base material 20, detachably locked to the base material 20 and having a part corresponding to a cut part 25 of the base material cut in width of the joint member 40 with the outlet. A locking part 41 for detachably locking to a lock receiving part 21 of the base material is formed on a back side of the joint member 40 with the outlet. The outlet is fitted into the accommodating space and the cut part 25 of the base material.
