<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently mount a part by lightening the affect on a tact time while the problem of slippage in suction of a part is dissolved. <P>SOLUTION: A correct data acquiring position is set near a tape feeder 4. A head unit 5 is moved from a specific position to the correct data acquiring position. The distance of the head unit 5 in this case is found from the output of encoders 9a and 11a. Based on the deviation (error) of the distance (the real distance) from a proper value, a correct value for a part-sucking position of a sucking head is calculated. Control means 46, etc., correct the part-sucking position sucked by the sucking head based on the found correct value, and further, execute such an operation for acquiring a correct data as above when an execution condition stored in an execution condition data storage means 43 is satisfied, to update the correct value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
