PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items than, for example, in constructing a case body with two parts, to eliminate joining processes for screwing and welding, to improve the productivity of a differential case, and to reduce production cost thereof. SOLUTION: A differential case assembly 50 is provided in a front final assembly 21 for limiting the differential motion of right and left front wheels to assure driving force. The differential case 71 constituting the differential case assembly 50 has a two-split structure consisting of the case body 73 integrally molded into a cupped shape and a cap 74 for covering an opening portion of the case body 73.
