PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-shape and/or a block-shape conductor that has substantially extremely small electric resistance, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This is a plate-shape and/or a block-shape conductor in which a plurality of superconductors are connected in normal conduction three- dimensionally. And a low resistance conductor and its manufacturing method are provided using the superconductor in which the apparent specific resistance of the above conductor at the superconducting transition temperature or lower of the superconductor is lower than the specific resistance of copper.
